I pick up a fragment of those brand new wings,

銀色の上皿へ
giniro no uwazara he
and put it on a silver scale.

変化していくトルク

The torque is changing.

It presents us with an unstable heart

どちらにも染まりきれなかった
dochira ni mo somari kirenakatta
As if smiles and tears were mixed

笑みと涙が混ざったような

but couldn't be dyed together.

舞い上がる最後の羽根
maiagaru saigo no hane
The remaining feathers whirl up into the sky,

静かに落ちる
shizuka ni ochiru
and silently drop off of it,

影を残したまま
kage wo nokoshita mama
leaving nothing but a shadow.

そうして天秤は二度と傾くことはなく
soushite tenbin wa nido to katamuku koto wa naku
And thus, the scale will never balance again.

旅の果てにあるだろうか
tabi no hate ni aru darou ka
I wonder if at the end of the trip,

小庭に似た真実の場所が

there's a small garden-like place holding the truth.
